Vatterott College

Vatterott College provides career training to students seeking the necessary skills to build a better life. Vatterott offers education and training in the fields of Business, Technical, Medical, Trades, Court Reporting, and Culinary. The school currently offers programs at 24 campuses across the Midwest and through its online division.

Vatterott College was founded in 1969 in St. Louis, MO with a mission to “provide quality career training to students seeking career skills for a better life.” [1]The college has a long-standing tradition of giving students opportunities to develop new skill sets and earn diplomas in high-demand fields.


Student Experience

Vatterott College has campuses and education centers across the Midwest including Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kansas, Ohio, Nebraska and Texas. All students are provided access to the online Library Services called EBSCO host, a research database providing online journals, books, linking services and other reference resources. Personalized email and student accounts are accessible to the student body enabling online interaction among peers, faculty, course work and other campus related information.

Career services are available to current students and graduates searching for jobs specific to their education background. It provides updates on upcoming career fairs, workshops and other college related events. The site hosts a Career Services Team providing job search guidance, resume review, mock interviewing, resume referral, campus career fairs and personalized help.

The college also offers distance-learning programs, called eCompanion Courses, which allow students to earn credits, diplomas and degrees through online classes. The same resources are available to distance education students as on-campus students.
