It is established in 2004.
[1] Currently %60 of Enerco Energy belongs to Akfel Group which is mainly active on engineering, construction,equipment production and supply, and consultancy in Turkish Energy Market.
[2] OMV Gas & Power of Vienna Austria holds %40 stake of Enerco Energy.
[3]Enerco signed its natural gas purchase contract with Gazprom on September 2007 which lasts until 2022 with a volume of 2.5 bcm per year.
[4]Enerco Energy started importing of Natural Gas in 01.04.2009 being the largest importer following state company Botaş.
