Hi Kathleen,
I'd like to ask you to please have a look at the following article for WP:canada, which says; '' This article has been rated as Low-importance on the project's importance scale.'' Given that the artist has introduced a new style in Ottawa in 1994, with a relatively wide following worldwide, and a number of other cultural factors (given the Canadian demography) I think the priority could be higher. I did look at the policy for rating, and it was suggested that if one thinks that there is a need for revision one should get in touch with one of the members of the WP:canada project. Given that you are interested in both cultural and woman issues I thought to bring this to your attention. Thank you for your time
