In an interview with Kevin McCall on September 2nd, 2011 he revealed that the album is currently scheduled for an early 2012 release, contrary to what was orignally planned back in March.[2] In the interview McCall commented on the Fortune album's release and content by saying “The Fortune album is really done. Chris Brown has four albums done if he wants to,” he revealed. “But the album’s done and it’s great. I like it better than F.A.M.E. personally.”[3] Other information revealed for the album's release is that Brown will be a producer on some of the Fortune tracks and that him and Kevin McCall worked on almost all of the tracks together.[4]
