Neutral Point of View Tag

Hello Northamerica1000,

I was wondering if you can help me out in trying to remove the tag at the top of Paul Polansky's page, I contacted Mtking and he said that it needs to stay pointing out to a sentence that he objected to, I re-phrased it to a neutral one and asked him again if there's anything else in the article that needs to be changed but he did not reply. Can you help me out and/or guide me through what I need to do to remove that tag, after all, Paul's page is relatively a small one.
