Young Foolish Happy is upcoming second studio album by British recording artist Pixie Lott. The album is scheduled for release on November 7, 2011 in UK.[1]

Background

Lott began work on her second then untitled second album in January, 2011, in Los-Angeles.[2] In April 2011 she gave interview to Digital Spy, revealed that "[t]here are a couple of really cool collaborations on the album and I've already worked with some big people, but I can't say who they are just in case those tracks don't make the final cut", while describing the sound as "still pop stuff, but maybe a little more soulful. That's the kind of thing that I'm into. That influence is stronger on this album."[3] Album title was announced by Lott on 17 September, she also stated that it will include collaborations with Stevie Wonder on harmonica and John Legend.[4] Album cover was premiered on 5 October.

Singles

"All About Tonight" was released on 4 September, 2011 as lead single from album. Lott premiered single on BBC Radio 1's The Chris Moyles Show on 11 July, 2011. It debuted at number 1 with sales under 90,000 copies, gave her third number-one hit in UK. It also reached number 9 in Ireland, her second top 10 hit in that country. Second single, "What Do You Take Me For" featuring rapper Pusha T and produced by Rusko, will be released on 30 October, 2011. Music video premiered on October 6.
