Cult (Leadership & Business Strategy: Ruthlessly Redefined) is a management book written by management guru Arindam Chaudhuri and strategy professor A. Sandeep. The book was launched in December 2011. The book deals with lessons for CEOs in running transnational corporations. The book is divided into two parts. The first part addresses leadership issues that CEOs face while running global corporations. The second part addresses business strategy issues that CEOs of very large corporations have to face. Guy Kawasaki, former Chief Evangelist at Apple Inc. commented on the book, “I have read the book (CULT) and Steve Jobs would [have] love[d] this book, he truly would. This book is in the same quality of Malcom Gladwell, Geoffrey Moore & Clayton Christensen."<ref>http://www.dailypioneer.com/vivacity/31153-steve-jobs-would-have-loved-this-book.html</ref><ref>http://www.tehelka.com/story_main51.asp?filename=hub171211Arindam_Chaudhuri.asp</ref><ref>http://www.mid-day.com/lifestyle/2011/dec/141211-Management-gyan-for-CEOs.htm</ref><ref>http://www.theweekendleader.com/Success/899/Winning-cult.html</ref><ref>http://kashmirnews.eu/2012/?p=421</ref><ref>http://www.bangalorenewsnetwork.com/admin/info.php?recid=442</ref><ref>http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/the-cult-by-arindam-chaudhuri-and-a.-sandeep-fdi-wal-mart/1/164086.html</ref><ref>http://expressbuzz.com/biography/redefining-management-strategy-with-a-smile/341404.html</ref><ref>http://www.amazon.com/Cult-Leadership-Business-Ruthlessly-Redefined/dp/932595351X</ref><ref>http://eventfaqs.com/eventfaqs/wcms/en/home/news/Arindam-Chaudhuri-launches-1324549885329.html</ref>
