hey guys lets make a topic list for what we need to change in liquor license - for a start we could list different license's allowed in different provinces/ territories

- Provider of license ( i.e government organization )
- Age requirements
- Special case's

- as much as i would like to include all countries i think we should include countries from following zones: NA, EU, AU, and Asian, african continent could become difficult with little amount of information available.
