Siim-Sander Vene (born November 12, 1990 in Tartu, Estonia) is an Estonian professional basketballer.

Career

Vene started his senior club career in 2005 at the age of 14 in TTÜ KK. In 2006 he went to play in the Žalgiris-Arvydas Sabonis school in Lithuania. From there he moved to Kaunas TRIOBET and eventually to Lithuanian powerhouse Žalgiris Kaunas. In the 2010–11 season he played in Germany for EnBW Ludwigsburg.[1] After that he returned to Lithuania to play once again for BC Baltai (previously known as Kaunas TRIOBET). In February 2012 Vene signed with Latvian powerhouse BC VEF Rīga.[2] In his debut for the Latvian side Vene scored 8 points against Astana Tigers in the VTB United League.[3]
