Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka was established under the provisions of the Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka Act No: 12 of 1995, consisting of 6 National Vocational Training Institutes, 22 District Vocational Training Centers and 232 Vocational training centers.
