I've been a published author since 1987 and a big fan of Wikipedia since it first appeared; I refer to it constantly when writing blog posts, which is something I do several times a week.

I have spent several decades in the information security business and so added and edited a few Wikipedia pages about companies that have since disappeared but made significant contributions to the field.

I am also a bit of a music trivia freak and like to tweak pages about bands from the sixties and soul artists.

And I love words. One of my first edits on Wikipedia was to clarify the meaning of knackered.
