Town and County Shopping Center is a part enclosed and part open-air mall located in Kettering, Ohio.

The Town and Country Shopping Center has 74 spaces for shops and restaurants. It currently is anchored by Stein Mart and 2nd and charles. The center has an enclosed portion containing 55 spaces and has an attached open-air section called the Village Shops which contain 23 shops and restaurants.[1]

The Town and Country Shopping Center is also home to Roderer Shoe Center, the largest shoe store in Ohio.[2]
