Natalie Ann Kilgore is an American music publicist, journalist and radio personality based in Nashville, TN.

As the President/ Founder of boutique publicity shop Dashboard Media, Natalie Kilgore's current client roster includes Grammy nominees and ACM Vocal Duo of the Year Thompson Square, chart-topper Dustin Lynch, American Idol's Kristy Lee Cook, Southern Country Rock band Parmalee, Broken Bow's James Wesley, Canadian newcomer Lindsay Ell and the annual SESAC Nashville Music Awards.

Kilgore previously oversaw all artist and corporate publicity initiatives for the Big Machine Label Group (Taylor Swift, Reba, Jewel, The Band Perry, Justin Moore, Steel Magnolia, Trisha Yearwood, Rascal Flatts, Martina McBride, Jack Ingram, Sunny Sweeney, Eli Young Band, Shel, Edens Edge).

Prior to launching the BMLG publicity department in the early days of the label group, Kilgore served as Communications Director for NSAI, co-director of the Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival as well as a freelance music and lifestyle journalist for Gannett.
