Worldview Entertainment is an independent motion picture production and investment company based in New York City.[1] The company finances and produces feature films for worldwide distribution. Worldview is represented by Creative Artists Agency (CAA).[2] The company has invested in and produced numerous films including Blood Ties,[3] Devil’s Knot, The Green Inferno and Killer Joe.[4]

Investments

Worldview was one of the most active financiers in the independent film industry during 2012 having invested in six major motion pictures.[5] In September, The Hollywood Reporter announced at the Toronto International Film Festival that Worldview would finance Ti West’s horror thriller, The Sacrament and David Gordon Green’s gritty drama, Joe. In May, The Hollywood Reporter announced at the Cannes Film Festival that Worldview was financing Atom Egoyan's West Memphis Three biopic, Devil’s Knot,[6] and Eli Roth's horror thriller, The Green Inferno.[1][7]
