Goldman graduated Summa Cum Laude with distinction work in biology from [[Boston University]] where he received his BA in [[Biology]]. He has received the President Award from the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery for outstanding contributions in teach and research as well as the 20th Century Award from the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery from the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
