Nicki Scully is an author, ceremonialist,[clarification needed] healer and teacher in the fields of metaphysics, shamanism and healing. She is a lineage holder[clarification needed] in the Hermetic Tradition[clarification needed] of Thoth and maintains the Lyceum of Shamanic Egypt. She was ordained as a priestess of Hathor by Lady Olivia Robertson, co-founder of the Fellowship of Isis.[1]

The ex-wife of Rock Scully, former manager of the Grateful Dead[citation needed], Scully has been visiting Egypt since she accompanied the band there in 1978, and has incorporated aspects of Egyptian magic, lore and imagery into her shamanic work.[2] She founded and created Shamanic Journeys, Ltd. and Alchemical Healing (a magical system) in the late 1980s. She is a member of the Grey Council, and associated with the Grey School of Wizardry.[3] She currently gives lectures, seminars and performances internationally at a variety of events of both a secular and spiritual nature such as the Oregon County Fair [4] and the Starwood Festival, and specializes in spiritual tours to Egypt, Greece, Peru, and what she regards as other sacred power centers,[5] often appearing with cellular biologist Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D.[6] and author Normandi Ellis. She currently resides in Eugene, Oregon.

Sahalie Publishing Company

Scully also offers philanthropic projects through Sahalie Publishing Company,[7] which was incorporated as a non-profit 501(c)(3) Oregon corporation in 1977. One of its projects, the Animal Circus CD And You Will Fly featuring Scully, Roland Barker and Mark Hallert, which was created for children facing potentially terminal diseases, was produced with a grant from the Rex Foundation.[8]

Tribal Alchemy

Nicki Scully & Tribal Alchemy, a New Age/World music group, was featured at the Hog Farm’s annual “Pig-Nic” in 1995, and as part of “The Celebration of the Psychedelic Sixties” in San Francisco, organized by Reg E. Williams, author of ‘’The Straight on the Haight’’ and founder of the Straight Theatre.[9] They have produced one CD in 1997, entitled Tribal Alchemy.
