Hot Apple Pie is an American country music band who debuted in 2005 with the single "Hillbillies" The band was named by lead singer and former Little Texas member Brady Seals and his wife Lisa Stewart. Says Seals: "First it was The Apples, then Apple Pie. I asked Lisa what she thought, and she said it would be better hot. So she put the 'Hot' into Hot Apple Pie." (source: Country Weekly magazine)
