Proposed deletion of SPUR (magazine)

Hi, I've restored the notability template again, as this is a new publication with very little in the way of supporting references to evidence notability. Please read WP:PERIODICAL for the rationale, and perhaps find further acceptable sources, rather than removing valid maintenance templates. Incidentally, I'm also concerned re: WP:COI and WP:SPA.
