Steven D. Binder is an American screenwriter and film and television producer. He has worked on NCIS [1], voted America's favorite TV show of all time in a 2011 Harris poll[2] and is credited on-screen as having written more episodes than any other single writer.[3] In addition, he is featured in the documentary, Journey to the Flames: 10 Years of Burning Man.[4]
