Skyharbor is a progressive metal band from New Delhi, India. The band, initially guitarist Keshav Dhar's studio project running under the name of Hydrodjent,formed in October 2010 when ex-Tesseract vocalist Daniel Tompkins contacted Keshav with an interest in collaborating with him.[1] The band soon expanded and as of November 2012 consists of Keshav Dhar (guitar/production), Daniel Tompkins (vocals), Devesh Dayal (guitars), Nikhil Rufus Raj (bass) and Anup Sastry (drums).
The band released its debut album Blinding White Noise: Illusion and Chaos on April 23, 2012 worldwide via Basick Records. Soon afterwards, they supported American groove metal band Lamb of God in their 2012 world tour. They had their first performance outside India in October 2012 as they traveled to Europe to perform in Euroblast Festival.
