Orem is a station in Orem, Utah, United States served by FrontRunner, Utah Transit Authority's (UTA) commuter rail that operates along the Wasatch Front from Pleasant View in northern Weber County through Ogden, Davis County, Salt Lake City, and Salt Lake County to Provo in central Utah County. The Station is also referred to as Orem Intermodal Center, Orem Central Station, or Orem CRST by UTA. It is part of the FrontRunner South extension.

The Station is located at 900 South 1350 West. It is easily accessed from I-15 by way of the University Parkway (SR-265) interchange. From I-15 head west on University Parkway and then north on Geneva Road (SR-114). Turn east on 1000 South and follow it until it turns north becoming 1350 West.[Note 1] The station can also be accessed by heading south on 1350 West from 800 South (although 800 South does not cross I-15). The majority of the Utah Valley University main campus is located on the opposites side of I-15. The Station has a free Park and Ride lot with nearly 500 parking spaces available.[2] The Station is located within the Quiet Zone, so trains do not routinely sound their horns when approaching public crossings within this corridor.[5]

FrontRunner has about 25 round trips on weekdays between Ogden and Provo (through Salt Lake City). Trains run hourly from about 4:30 am to just after midnight on weekdays (increasing to half hour runs for the morning and evening commutes). Saturdays have hourly runs from about 6:00 am to 1:30 am the next morning. There is currently no FrontRunner service on Sundays. Each weekday there is service to Pleasant View with two trains picking up passengers in the morning and two more dropping off passengers in the evening for the commute.[6]
