Although "Last Call" can be called 10 to 15 minutes prior to a bar closing. It can also be called when alcohol sales stop. Where's Utah?

I noticed that the state of Utah in the U.S. was not listed. I do not live there, nor have I ever been there, but I believe the closing time there is midnight (12 a.m.).
