John H. Abeles, MD is an American-based venture investor, director, consultant, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.

He is a Director of the International Opera Alliance, New York^[1] and a member of the Players Club, New York, which is given to the promulgation of the dramatic and performance arts. He also on the board of the New Group, a theater organization in New York.^[2] Abeles is the President of Dalyda Finance Corp, which supports and invests in promising performing artists, artists and projects. Northlea and also Dalyda make investments in theater and film.
