The studio develops its own technology and has been the focus of many international shows such as in Hong Kong, [[Venice Biennale]], [[Tate Modern]] and [[Victoria and Albert Museum]] in London and the [[Tokyo National Museum]]. Besides exhibitions in museums, the studio is working on large-scale installations in architecture and public space, such as [http://www.studioroosegaarde.net/project/sensor-valley/stories/#608 Sensor Valley] in Assen and developing their own ‘in-house’ productions such as [http://studioroosegaarde.net/project/liquid-space/photo/#liquid-space-6-1 Liquid Space 6.1]. In 2011 Studio Roosegaarde opened its second studio in [[Shanghai]], [[China]].
