Hiya, BMRoberts!

Howdy, BMRoberts. I'm Theo, your Online Ambassador for the New Media Technology and Communication online Wikipedia course, and I'll be here to help if you run into any problems. I've left a welcome message here that has some useful info, including my email address. Give it a look, and let me know if you need anything! —Theopolisme (talk) 12:18, 5 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Feedback on your work

Some good development of the original stub.

Consider fixing the following:

  • These sections contain no content: New Media Technology, Entertainment Media, The Era of Media and Technology.
  • Children's Cultural studies section is not formatted per Wikipedia guidelines. Review training video to fix this.
  • Change to "Deborah Roedder John looks at 25 years of research"
  • Change to "which describes developmental stages that are mastered as children obtain the ability to cognitively interpret mediated messages"
  • Change to "John references Robert L. Selmen, a Professor of Education"
  • "impression formation(Barenboim, 1981);" is not acceptable
  • Change to "relating to children’s media literacy"

Another tip: Wikipedia articles are generally written in past tense (in your case, when referring to studies that took place in the past); you might want to double-check that. I've made a few minor copyedits; watch your sentence structure and variation. While this isn't English class, clear and coherent prose is still very much desired. :) I will be happy to take a look again whenever you'd like; just give the word! —Theopolisme (talk) 21:55, 5 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Feedback

Insufficient development and additions since the last assessment. This needs to be fixed by 5 pm on 18 Mar.Mgantony (talk) 14:39, 17 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
