Albert Odulele

Albert Odulele (born January 5, 1964) is a pastor, author and televangelist. Odulele was born in London to Nigerian parents Abel Oyebajo and Patience Aotola. Odulele spent his formative years in Nigeria and emigrated to the United Kingdom from Nigeria in 1986. He has been a registered sex offender since 2011.

Early Career

Odulele graduated from Ogun State University in Nigeria with a degree in Medicine. Following his relocation to the United Kingdom, Odulele founded the evangelical London church, Glory House which was initially established as Glory Bible church in 1993 from a former funeral home in Leyton, East London.

Criminal Conviction

In February 2011, Odulele was charged with two counts of sexual assault, one involving a 14-year-old boy and another on a 21-year-old man. Although he initially denied the charges, he later pleaded guilty and confessed that he had been battling with his sexuality for many years. He was subsequently sentenced at Woolwich Crown Court, London, to 8 and 6 months in prison to run concurrently. Odulele will be listed on the sex offenders register for 5 years. Having served his sentence Odulele was released from jail on 29 July 2011.

Later Career

Following his release from prison, Odulele returned to his position of senior pastor at Glory House International Pentecostal church. His conviction stipulates that he must not be left alone with minors unless another adult is present.

Odulele is married to Mary Abosede, mother of their two children; Christopher Olufemi and Tiana Morojureoluwa.
