- Fix errors discovered via new unit tests
- Add <includeonly>|</includeonly> to tail of all pipes so that blank pipes are not required when using template.
- Fix template so that formatting can be used on numbers and ignored by color engine.
- Add default template for basketball, softball, and wrestling (e.g. Oregon State Beavers wrestling)
- Add option to show week date and/or customize week title
- Highlight highest poll ranking of the week
