DJ Em-Jay the DJ

DJ Em-Jay needs no introduction. With over 12 years DJ experience, DJ Em-Jay has played out at some of the UKs biggest venues such as Wigan Pier.

Established as a scouse house DJ from 2002 right up to 2010, DJ Em-Jay had his own event brand 'Bounce Attack' which played out to crowds as big as 3000 people.

With the bounce/scouse house scene diminished after 2010, DJ Em-Jay reinvented himself and took to playing hardcore... The transition has been a slow process due to being tagged with bounce for so many years but DJ Em-Jay has already proven himself worthy for the much bigger hardcore scene by winning various DJ competitions and taking bookings.

DJ Em-Jay (real name Martin James Brennan) has also took to producing hardcore and has now starting establishing himself with his new label 'Sound Factory Studios'

However, DJ Em-Jay is not only known for Bounce/Scouse, hard dance or hardcore... DJ Em-Jay has to be one of the northwest most flexible DJs... playing pretty much every genre there is

INSPIRATIONS

DJ Em-Jay has learned most of his mixing, chopping and trick techniques from DJs such as Rob Cain, Andy Whitby, Klubfiller, Ben Trengove, Alex K. These DJs have played a big part in the evolutional learning process that makes DJ Em-Jay who he is today.
