Andares, an urban mixed-use project, is built on a surface of 33.35 acres located in Guadalajara’s greatest-modern residential, commercial and business area. Sordo Madaleno’s vision is to give Andares a design based on the contemporary Mexican architecture, a constant evolution of Mexico.

Andares is composed by five real estate components: the shopping center, 9 apartment buildings, two business towers and one mixed-use tower.

The shopping center overall design concept is based on something very simple: making the shopping process not only an event, but a whole experience, which is accomplished by a natural and vibrant atmosphere, with leisure and cultural areas, all within an elegant open air environment. Andares’s design is not only esthetics, but a whole sustainable project.
