I noted that you marked this institution for speedy deletion. You cited your reasons. On receiving an objection, you commented that you'd mark it as spam. The article can certainly be improved, rather offer improvement suggestions before recommending deletion. The accreditations, date of establishment, and multi site representation suggest this is more of a notable institution than a mere training company. Note that the user also started the Damelin page, which evolved into a decent page, with multiple contributors over years.

Do you know the user/company personally that you would respond as you did?
