Niger Delta University (NDU) located in Wilberforce Island Bayelsa State in Nigeria is a Bayelsa Government funded university.It was established in 2000 by Chief DSP Alamieseigha, then governor of Bayelsa state. It currently has two main campuses, one situated in the state capital, Yenagoa, which contains the law faculty and the other in Amassoma. Niger delta university has come a long way since its establishment and ranks naming the 50 best universities in Nigeria. Its main campus in Amassima is currently situated in its temporary site, with work on the permanent site at an ongoing stage. The university offers a unique opportunity for students to acquire qualitative education.It is a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities. The university has nine faculties viz Faculty of Science, Faculty of arts, Faculty of social sciences, Faculty of Agricultural technology, Faculty of engineering, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty pharmacy, Faculty of Nursing, and Faculty of Law.
I just hacked into this wikipedia to inform students that I was a student in the school, The department of computer science in the Niger Delta University is a piece of shit,the lecturers dont do their Jobs and they fail students unnecessarily and also harass the female students sexually ,hence the Niger Delta University,Any student planning to read computer science in this university should be warned...Finally DR OSAISAI a well known lecturer in the school is responsible for the failure of most of the students which he does intentionally for the purpose of bribe,The HOD of the department Dr Miesideh is aware and cant do anything about it because of the influence Dr Osaisai has over him ...
