Devil's Bowl Speedway is a 4 3/4 tenths of a mile auto racing track in West Haven, Vermont. It is the longest length of the three remaining tracks in Vermont. It currently hosts races in the Bond Auto Parts Modified Series, American Canadian Tour, and Vermont State Late Model Championship as well as Renegades and Central Vermont Motorcycles Mini-Stock Tour. It is the only NASCAR sanctioned track in the state.

History

The track was opened and promoted in the late 1960's by Charles "C.J." Richards. Richards was well known for his close affiliation with other tracks, Fairmont Speedway and Pico Raceway. It was ran by the Champlain Valley Racing Association, CVRA, which ran most of the other tracks in the area at the time. The track was originally dirt but underwent paving in the mid 1980's. In 2013 a .15 mile, flat, karting track was constructed and uses the front stretch of the larger oval track.
