I am not part of any group you are referring to, edit individually but do collaborate with other editors some times, all within the Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. And I didn't ask for [the user you are referring to] to be blocked, neither I am trying it right now. Anyways good to know about you. But one thing, are you new here? Do you know this user? Actually if you look at that request I didn't ask for a block, I asked for administrator attention. Now it is up to the administrator/s to decide whether to dismiss that request, boomerang, offer advise, warn, ignore, block, ban etc. I edit Wikipedia.
