The Balmoral Show is one of Ireland's largest agricultural events, and one of the biggest events on the local farming calendar. In 2013 it took place in Balmoral Park, Lisburn from 15–17 May. It is sponsored by the Ulster Bank and includes showjumping competitions, motorcycle displays, bands, shopping, tasting, a children's farm, and displays of falconry, pedigree horses, ponies, cattle, sheep, poultry, pigs and goats.[1]
