Vandalism warnings
When you issue vandalism warnings, you're supposed to escalate them. uw-v1, uw-v2, uw-v3, uw-v4, then report to WP:AIV. You keep putting the same warning on User talk:68.231.132.50, and admins won't accept that you've issued them the correct number of warnings if you try to report them on AIV.
