Jens Gerhard Heiberg (born 20 April 1939 in Oslo) is a Norwegian industrialist who was head of the Lillehammer Olympic Organising Committee (LOOC) and member of the International Olympic Committee.

In 2014 Harald Stanghelle said in Aftenposten that "Heiberg is iherdig using his fornemme IOC-title to gather customers for his family firm, that works with establishing ties between western commerce and the communist bigwhigs in China".[1]
