Chavakula is an indian family name and mostly found in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh and people with this family name mostly lives in and near by the town Bhimavaram.
Dr.Chavakula Narayana Rao, S/o. Venkataramaiah and hails from Toleru near Veeravasaram and was first doctor from this family. He was graduated from Madras Medical College and served as Deputy Civil Surgeon and as also as Dental Surgeron in Andhra Pradesh. He has one elder brother and 3 younger sisters and all well settled in various places in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
Dr.Narayana Rao passed away in kakinada ( where he served his first posting in Rangaraya Medical College) on Oct-28-2011 leaving his family behind. Dr.Rao has 3 sons and 1 daughter.
