The song was the B-side of the single "Do You Wanna Dance?" which was released by The Beach Boys in [[1965]] through [[Capitol Records]]. The song was first released on the band's 1965 album [[The Beach Boys Today!]].

== Recording ==
Leading up to the recording of the song, the band had done very little studio work in the past month, mainly due to Brian Wilson's nervous breakdown. The most recent session had been on December 15, 1964 nder the guidance of Brian Wilson, the instrumental track was recorded at [[United Western Recorders]] on January 7, 1965.
