The company CPL Aromas was founded by Mssrs Michael and Terence Pickthall in December 1971. Various members of the Pickthall family were involved in the fragrance industry since the early twentieth century, notably Mr Jack Pickthall and Mr Geoff Pickthall who both held senior positions in the industry as creative perfumers and cosmetic chemists.
