Template:Wikify-date Ryan Sinn (born April 23rd, 1979 in Fremont, CA), . Ryan was actually at first a guitarist, but the above mentioned band was in desperate need of a bassist. Ryan learned to play in just 4 days considering the fact that Andy Granelli wanted him in the group's formation. After leaving the Distillers for certain reasons, Ryan had been called out by Blink 182 guitarist/vocalist Tom DeLonge and had been added to the band line-up of Angels & Airwaves. On May 23,2006, their debut album We Don't Need to Whisper was released and has ever since stayed on Top 100 modern rock charts.

Some attention was shifted towards Ryan during the 2006 KROQ Weenie Roast. While playing bass to Valkyrie Missle, fans noticed he had mistakenly played the wrong notes. In response, by a bit of the crowd, some had booed. Some beleived the negative reaction to the mistake was just a phase that all musicians go through. But most noticeably, when AVA had performed at the show, vocalist/guitarist Tom Delonge's voice was, somewhat to be considered, off tune and no energy. Before the Roast, Tom confired he had a slight throat infection, which was temporary, but affected the response to the crowd. Some fans sadly admitted AVA's performance to be a bathroom break for people.

The Distillers

The Distillers are a punk rock band formed in 1998. They released their first two albums on Hellcat Records before moving to Sire, part of the Warner Music Group. The Distillers were originally formed by Brody Dalle and the lineup has changed significantly since then. Brody Dalle plays guitar and sings while Tony Bradley plays guitar as well. Ryan Sinn played bass, but left recently.
