Spelling of country name
I have gone back and forth whether the nation he rules is spelled Ünderland or Ünterland. Is there an official source? - DynSkeet * Talk 15:33, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
Yeah it's Ünderland, and his name is Verner as stated in subtitles and captions. I don't know how to change the article title. U1gitaroofever 15:00, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
- Hm. I just checked the Adult Swim page for VB (I know it isn't exactly an unquestionable source), and it shows "Underland" and "Werner". Interestingly, they don't use the umlauts in any words. Where did they come from? - DynSkeet * Talk 15:09, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
- Okay, just re-watched "Home Insecurity." Didn't see any reference to his first name (I'll check "Past Tense" next), but the credits clearly show "Ünderbheit" (and his logo is clearly a U with an umlaut over it, on his henchmen's uniforms as well as the clasp for his cloak). I'd say to leave the article as "Werner" for now, but if we can positively verify that it is "Verner", then I'll move the article accordingly. - DynSkeet * Talk 15:52, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

- Which would, of course, be pronounced "Verner". And sure enough, in "Past Tense" the captions read "Verner", although I have seen very obvious mistakes in captions and subtitles before. Hm.
