The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy and Consumer Rights is one of six subcommittees within the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Jurisdiction

  1. Oversight of antitrust and competition policy laws, including the Sherman and Clayton Acts;
  2. Oversight of antitrust enforcement policies of Justice Department; and
  3. Oversight of antitrust and competition policies of the Federal Trade Commission.
