Hi, I'm Miranda Mitchell I am a Psychology Sociology double major at Shenandoah University. I enrolled for my History and Systems of Psychology class.

I'm interested in Helper theory, Group process consultation, and Internal Monologue.

Either helper theory or group process consultation could be good. If you go with helper theory, as a starting point, look for more recent review articles citing the references already listed for the article.
