Ciara Phillips is a Canadian/Irish artist based in Glasgow.[1] On 7 May 2014, it was announced that she was one of the four nominees for the Turner Prize.[2]

Phillips was born in Ottawa, Canada. She studied Fine Art at Queen's University, Kingston, Canada (BFA 2000) and at the Glasgow School of Art (MFA 2004).[1]
