Nikolay Nikolayevich Kedrov, Jr. (1905–1981) was a Russian composer of liturgical music.

He was the son of Nikolay Kedrov, Sr., a well-known singer and composer. His mother was Sofia Gladkaya (1875—1965) was a singer in the Mariinsky Theatre and a teacher of Conservatoire de Paris. His sister was actress Lila Kedrova. Some time after the October Revolution, in 1922 the family emigrated from Russia and moved to France.
