Permanent founding faculty members

Dr. Avinash Chandra Pandey (1st and Senior Most Professor),[5][6] Dr. Suneet Dwivedi (1st and Senior Most Reader/Associate Professor) and Dr. Vivek Kumar Pandey (1st and Senior Most Lecturer/Assistant Professor[7]) joined the Centre on the 29th October, 2009, who were followed by Dr. Shailendra Rai (Lecturer/Assistant Professor) and Mr. Sudhir Kumar Singh (Lecturer/Assistant Professor) on 17 November and 21 December respectively in the same year, 2009 as permanent founding faculty members.[8][9][10] — Preceding unsigned comment added by Spallahabad (talk • contribs) 10:44, 16 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

History

After establishment on 10 September, 2000, this centre came into function with its Coordinator Professor Shyam Lal Srivastava and Associated faculty members from Physics and Mathematics departments and 3 Research Assistants and 2 Technical Assistants recruited on NCAOR sponsored research projects during days 11-15 September, 2001 with the blessing of Syed Zahoor Qasim. University of Allahabad awarded 1st(twin) D. Phil in Science degree through this Centre on 18th September, 2007 under the able guidance of Professor Aviash Chandra Pandey who have taken opportunity to guide and registered under himself the five students out of seven students who awarded D. KBCAOS is ordinance wise a centre of the then State University of Allahabad (State University) and central university status regained of that University i.e. at present the University of Allahabad(Central University)

KBCAOS is the leading centre of the then state University of Allahabad and also at present central University of Allahabad which is one of the main responsible factor to seeks the 67 permanent faculty positions from University Grants Commission (India) for this central University in th·e initial stage in which 7 permanent faculty positions are its own. Active roll and devotion for KBCAOS, University of Allahabad of Dr. Vivek Kumar Pandey is more remember-able, remarkable and Land Mark for any institution.
