I also don't think street fighting is related to martial arts but at least in this case there was some attempt in the text to link it to martial arts if only to say some consider self defense and street fighting to be the same. With the Mutual Combat article I understood that it was primarily about a legal term rather than any relation to martial arts and that is why I removed the Project tag. I personally don't see any inconsistency in having it in one and not the other. This is just an opinion and if you want to remove it from both, or have it in both, go ahead.
