Established in 1987[2], Angel Broking is an Indian Stock Broking firm. The company is a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE)[3], National Stock Exchange (NSE), National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) and Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX).[4] It is a depository participant with Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL).[5] The company has 8500+ sub-broker and franchisee outlets in more than 850 cities across India.[6]

The company Angel Broking provides financial services to retail clients.[7] Their services include online stock broking[8], depository services[9], commodity trading and investment advisory services. Wealth-management[10] solutions such as personal loans and insurance are also delivered by this company. In 2006, the company started its Portfolio Management Services (PMS), IPOs business and Mutual Funds Distribution (MFD) arm.[11] The company publishes research reports on areas related to the investment broking.[12]
