Jovano, Jovanke is a traditional Macedonian/Bulgarian folk song. It is about two young lovers separated by a river and their disapproving parents.

Jovana is a female name, and Jovanka - diminutive version of it. Jovano and Jovanke are the vocative case of these names - i.e. the way the name is spoken in Macedonian, when you are speaking to to the person.
