Personal Interest edits by gang members

Particularly IP 73.193.167.13 needs to be blocked for his repeated edits that are obviously made based on a bias of some kind, not for the sake of improving the page, that has to be continuously fixed. This is likely a gang member. Wikipedia admin please take notice.

Cleanup
